Grades 3 & 4 After-School Soccer Say good bye to weeknight practices and Saturday games- and hello to after school soccer! We’re teaming up with ACI Soccer to bring 3rd & 4th graders an after-school program that fits perfectly into a family’s schedule. The ACI Staff will work along side of Recreation Staff to ensure every player tries new things, learns some soccer skills, experience being a team player, and has a great time! Beginner Pickleball lessons - Thursday's October 2026
Learn this fun game which is reported as the fastest-growing game in the country. Pickleball combines the games of tennis and table tennis, on a badminton-sized court. It is easy to learn and fun to play! The three week clinic will teach you to play the game, with an emphasis on fun and hands-on play, rather than lecture. Participants are expected to wear casual clothing suitable for outdoor exercise, and court shoes are recommended (flat-soled sneakers with good lateral support). Equipment will be provided if you aren’t able to bring a paddle. Dave Brower is a certified instructor with the International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association, and has competed in many tournaments, winning multiple Gold medals in both the MA and RI Senior Games.

Join us for a fun, hands on Holiday Cooking & Baking Course where young chefs will explore the kitchen, learn new skills, and create delicious holiday inspired treats and dishes! All materials are provided! Throughout the program, students will learn cooking and baking techniques, including measuring ingredients, following recipes, kitchen safety, and decorating their own creations. Each week will feature exciting, festive recipes designed to encourage creativity, teamwork, independence, and confidence in the kitchen. Students will have the opportunity to explore both sweet and savory holiday recipes while developing valuable culinary skills in a fun, welcoming, and educational environment. As a special holiday gift, each student will take home their very own recipe book and a set of holiday cookie cutters! Join Sandwich Recreation for a fun and active Parent & Me Open Gym! Designed for children ages 6 months to 5 years, this program provides a safe, engaging space for little ones to explore, develop gross motor skills, build confidence, and socialize through movement, music, and play alongside their caregiver.Each week features a new seasonal theme with exciting activities, games, obstacle courses, and hands-on play designed to encourage learning, movement, and social interaction.Weekly Themes:
