11:00 AM - 12:00 PM	Indoor Beginner Pickleball Lessons - Thursday's January 2026 Learn this fun game which is reported as the fastest-growing game in the country.  Pickleball combines the games of tennis and table tennis, on a badminton-sized court.  It is easy to learn and fun to play!  The three week clinic will teach you to play the game, with an emphasis on fun and hands-on play, rather than lecture.  Participants are expected to wear casual clothing suitable for indoor exercise, and court shoes are recommended (flat-soled sneakers with good lateral support).  Equipment will be provided if you aren’t able to bring a paddle. Dave Brower is a certified instructor with the International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association, and has competed in many tournaments, winning multiple Gold medals in both the MA and RI Senior Games.  Class sessions will be held at the new Center for Active Living Gym on Quaker Meetinghouse Rd located behind the skatepark and outdoor pickleball courts.WHO: Ages 18+WHEN: Tuesday's  or Thursday's 11AM - 12:00PM  WHERE: Center for Active Living GymCOST: $60

One of Special Olympics MA’s largest sports, bowling is available to everyone. Volunteers will welcome and challenge athletes to do their best, learn bowling etiquette and improve skills every week.Who: Athletes ages 8 & upWhen: Sunday’s starting 1/11/26-3/1/26            at 3:30 – 4:30 PM Where: Ryan Family Amusements, 1067 Main St. South YarmouthCost: Free10 Pin Bowling and Candle Pin Bowling: both have the same game concept but there are a few differences that make the games not so similar to each other. 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM	Indoor Beginner Pickleball Lessons - Thursday's January 2026 Learn this fun game which is reported as the fastest-growing game in the country.  Pickleball combines the games of tennis and table tennis, on a badminton-sized court.  It is easy to learn and fun to play!  The three week clinic will teach you to play the game, with an emphasis on fun and hands-on play, rather than lecture.  Participants are expected to wear casual clothing suitable for indoor exercise, and court shoes are recommended (flat-soled sneakers with good lateral support).  Equipment will be provided if you aren’t able to bring a paddle. Dave Brower is a certified instructor with the International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association, and has competed in many tournaments, winning multiple Gold medals in both the MA and RI Senior Games.  Class sessions will be held at the new Center for Active Living Gym on Quaker Meetinghouse Rd located behind the skatepark and outdoor pickleball courts.WHO: Ages 18+WHEN: Tuesday's  or Thursday's 11AM - 12:00PM  WHERE: Center for Active Living GymCOST: $60
