Fencing with transportation - Jan/Feb 2026
This spectacular program is designed to introduce your child to the basic skills and proper techniques of fencing for the first time. Children will be taught by Meredith of Cape Cod Fencing Club who brings years of experience and fun games to every class! Recreation staff will transport your child from the Oak Ridge School to Oak Crest Cove (34 Quaker Meetinghouse Rd) where they will need to be picked up by parent/guardian. WHO: Grades 3-6WHEN: Wednesday’s immediately after school until 3:15PM WHERE: Oak Crest Cove COST: $85.00(Resident) $95.00(Non Resident)
Please provide your child with a peanut free snack, and a water.
Please update pick up patrol dismissing your child to the Recreation Department.
Pick up is outside the main foyer of the building

As such, the decision to postpone or cancel a program or class as a result of anticipated or on-going inclement weather conditions will be based on the overall concern for the safety and well- being of the whole community. PLEASE NOTE: When the Sandwich Public Schools cancels school or calls for an early release due to weather, the Sandwich Recreation Department WILL NOT hold programs.
The Sandwich Recreation Department reserve the right to post or use photographs and video recordings of participants for publicity, promotional materials, and social media.If you do not wish to have yourself or your child included in any posted or public-facing materials, please complete and submit the Photo & Video Publicity Opt-out form.
